This course bundle is ideal for anyone looking to establish their Cisco networking career. It consists of one Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, one Cisco Certified DevNet Associate (CCDA) certification, and four Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) certifications. Although there are no formal prerequisites to enrol on the CCNA, CCDA, or CCNP certification courses and sit the exams, learners should have a good foundation knowledge in networking. The newly retooled CCNA covers a breadth of topics, including:
- Network fundamentals
- Network access
- IP connectivity
- IP services
- Security fundamentals
- Automation and programmability
Learn why now is a great time to get Cisco certified.
Achieving CCNA certification is the first step in preparing for a career in networking technologies. To earn your CCNA certification, you only need to pass one exam – which covers a broad range of fundamentals for IT careers, based on the latest networking technologies.
The Cisco Certified DevNet Associate certification validates your skills and knowledge in understanding and using APIs, Cisco platforms and development, application development and security, and infrastructure and automation. Ideally, DevNet Associates candidates also have one or more years of experience with software development including Python programming.
The CCNP is the next level from the CCNA and CCDA. As with the CCNA, there are no formal prerequisites to enrol on the CCNP certification course and sit for the exams. Learners taking a CCNP course generally have an in-depth knowledge of networking, as well as a good understanding of Cisco technologies. The typical certification path for most learners would begin with either the CCDA or CCNA, then progress onto the CCNP.
Learners need to pass two exams (one core exam and one concentration exam) in order to gain one CCNP certification. This course bundle includes the core exam and three concentration exams. Once a learner has passed the core exam, they can choose to specialise in one or all three of the CCNP concentration areas listed in this course. The core exam’s focus is based around implementing and operating Cisco enterprise network core technologies.
Upon completion of this course and meeting Acclaim’s requirements, you’ll receive three Cisco ‘Acclaim’ badges that you can add to your CV or social media profile for prospective employers to see. You’ll also receive one official Cisco CCNA certification, one official CCDA certification, and four CCNP certifications. Click on one of the badges to learn more about it.

How is each course taught?
All courses are online and self-paced, meaning you do it in your own home, in your own time, at your own pace and best of all… any where in the world, providing you have access to a laptop, PC or desktop computer, and an internet connection. Each lesson is pre-recorded allowing you to pause, fast-forward, skip sections, or go back to another lesson if you need to. The lessons are multi-media based, which means video and audio are used to teach the lessons. Your tutor will use PowerPoint slides, illustrations, diagrams and give demonstrations to teach each class. Most lessons are also interactive, prompting the learner to participate. This might involve answering on-screen questions, participating in tasks.
How long will it take me to complete each course?
As mentioned above, our courses are self-paced. Some people finish their course faster than others. Each certification course is between 12-30 hours. If you choose to only do one of the certification courses from this bundle, then it will take you less time than if you do two or three or all of them. No matter what though, you will always have 12 months to complete your course.
What do I need?
All you need is an internet connection and a device, such as a smart phone, tablet, laptop or PC, and an internet connection. To get the most out of the course, we recommend you access it using either a laptop or desktop computer through Google Chrome.
How does this course bundle work?
This course bundle is in part made up of four main resources as shown below. Some certification courses have their own set of resources, i.e. 1 x video based course, 1 x practice lab, 1 x MeasureUP or Kaplan practice exam, 1 x official Cisco exam (some courses may not include a practice test and/or live lab, but will always include a video based course and official Cisco exam. Refer to the sections above to see which courses include live labs and practice tests). Each resource is designed to work in conjunction with each other to ensure the successful path to certification. You will complete one course and exam, then repeat the process for the remaining courses. Read below to learn more about the resources that make up this course.
Access to video based online learning material. Tutors use diagrams and illustrations to teach the classes, as well as giving demonstrations. Lessons are pre-recorded allowing you to fast-forward, rewind and pause at any time throughout the lessons. Videos can be viewed on different devices including a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, and smart phone.
The hands-on live practice labs allow you to experience practical application of course concepts in an authentic online environment 24/7, all from the comfort of your home or office. The lab environment allows you to test and apply your skills as you learn. These labs also come with tasks challenging what you have learnt. To learn more about practice labs, click here.
MeasureUP Practice Tests
After working your way through each course and practice labs, you should be ready to start revising for your official exams. To do this, we provide you with MeasureUP or Kaplan practice tests. These one of the closest experiences to the actual exam you’ll be taking.
Official Cisco Exams
Having confidently passed the practice tests, you will be ready to sit the official Cisco exams – which we will book on your behalf. You must complete each course before taking an exam. Once you have passed the necessary exams for each course, you will receive your official Cisco certification for that course, e.g. CCNA.
